How do I keep angel fish from dying?

Hello and I am a son of a pet shop owner. Recently, whenever the angel fish is restocked, a few days or hours, they just die.

Yes, the temperature is at the fine rate for these tropical fish, but that is not the reason. There's got to be other reason why these angel fish keeps dying. Is there anything wrong my father is doing with the fish?
